to be able to understand the meaning of the keywords on a bottle

“apple break” (a piece of apple cleans the mouth before and after
tasting the olive oil) – 15’ v

accept to tasting the samples of plain virgin olive oils in the tasting
glasses (without a piece of bread
or any other food): generally,
few people like to do it Ø
