The olive grove, with its 620 trees, extends for about 2.5 hectares inside the agriturismo and hosts three varieties: Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo.
The olive harvest begins in mid-October. Olives are picked by hand and with the help of mechanical means, which do not damage either the plant or the fruiting. Within 24-48 hours from the harvest, the olives are defoliated, washed and crushed, in order to preserve all their organoleptic properties.
